Delete your twiQ.pro account

In the app or portal (fastest):

• Open Account (Profile) while signed in to twiQ.pro.
• Tap “Delete account”.
• Confirm in the dialog. Deletion cannot be reversed.

Or by email:

• Email contact@twiq.pro from the same email address registered on your twiQ.pro account.
• Use the subject line: “Delete my twiQ.pro account”.
• In the message body, clearly state that you want your account and associated personal data deleted.
• Include your registered email (and any username or display name if you set one) so we can verify the request.

For email requests, we may ask for additional verification to confirm you control the account before we process deletion.

After verification, we delete or irreversibly anonymise:

• Your account profile and authentication records tied to your login
• Account preferences and portal settings associated with your user ID
• Push notification tokens registered for your devices
• Support correspondence you asked us to delete (where not required for legal retention)
• Other personal data we hold about you that is not listed under “What we may retain” below

Some information may be kept for a limited period where required for security, fraud prevention, legal, tax, or accounting obligations, or dispute resolution — for example:

• Billing, payment, and activation records (typically retained up to the period required under applicable Indian law and payment-partner requirements)
• Security logs and abuse-prevention records needed to protect the service
• Records we must keep to comply with a legal obligation or lawful request

Retained records are restricted to those purposes and are not used to restore your deleted account for normal product use.

We aim to acknowledge deletion requests within a few business days and complete deletion of eligible personal data within 30 days of verifying your request, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
