Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how twiQ (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use twiq.pro and related services.
Last updated: 22 July 2026
1. Who we are
twiQ is a market-structure and F&O intelligence dashboard for retail traders in India. We aggregate and display information that is generally available from official exchange and similar public market data sources into a single analytics and visualisation experience. We are not a broker, stock exchange, depository participant, or SEBI-registered investment adviser.
For privacy-related questions, contact us at contact@twiq.pro.
2. Scope
This Policy applies to the website at twiq.pro, account registration and authentication flows, the twiQ portal (including F&O and related dashboards), and the Bee AI assistant when used inside the product. It does not cover third-party websites or services that we do not control, even if linked from twiQ.
3. Information we collect
Depending on how you use twiQ, we may collect:
- Account and identity data — such as email address, full name, phone number (including Indian mobile numbers collected during onboarding), and authentication identifiers.
- Profile and access data — portal access status, plan/activation timestamps, and similar entitlement fields used to deliver paid or activated portal features.
- Authentication and session data — session tokens and related cookies or local browser storage needed to keep you signed in securely (via our authentication provider).
- Usage and product data — pages or features you open within the portal, preferences stored locally (for example dashboard underlying selections in browser storage), and technical logs such as approximate IP address, browser type, device information, and request metadata required for security and reliability.
- Communications — messages you send to us (for example support emails), and prompts or interactions with Bee when you use the in-product assistant (which reads from information already shown on your dashboard context).
- Payment-related metadata — if you purchase paid portal access, we may receive confirmation of payment status, transaction references, and activation records from our payment or billing partners. We do not intend to store full card numbers on twiQ systems; card processing, where applicable, is handled by the payment provider.
We do not ask you to provide brokerage login credentials, demat passwords, or bank account passwords to use twiQ.
4. How we use information
We use personal and technical information to:
- Create and manage your account, verify identity where required, and provide portal access.
- Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the dashboard, analytics, and Bee assistant.
- Communicate service notices, security alerts, and responses to your support requests.
- Enforce our Terms, prevent abuse, and protect users and infrastructure.
- Comply with applicable law and respond to lawful requests from authorities.
- Understand aggregate product usage to improve reliability and user experience.
We do not use your data to provide personalised buy/sell recommendations or investment advice. Bee is limited to reading and explaining information already available in your dashboard context and must not be relied on as trading advice.
5. Cookies, local storage, and similar technologies
twiQ and its authentication provider use cookies and similar technologies (including browser local storage) to:
- Maintain authenticated sessions and protect against certain attacks.
- Remember UI preferences (for example selected market underlyings in the dashboard).
- Support basic site functionality and security monitoring.
- Measure product usage and improve the experience (see analytics and session recording below).
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling authentication-related cookies may prevent you from signing in or using the portal.
Analytics and session recording. We use Microsoft Clarity, PostHog, and Google Analytics 4 to understand how people use twiQ — including page views, click paths, heatmaps, and (where enabled) anonymised session recordings. Session replay tools are configured to mask form inputs so values you type (such as passwords or phone numbers) are not captured in recordings. Bee AI analytics store query length only — not the raw text of your questions — so trading intent you type into the assistant is not logged as free-text analytics events.
6. Third-party processors and sharing
We share information only as needed to operate the service, including with:
- Authentication and database providers (currently Supabase) for account, session, and profile storage.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers that serve the website, APIs, and related compute.
- Product analytics providers (currently Microsoft Clarity, PostHog, and Google Analytics) for usage analytics, heatmaps, and session recordings as described in Section 5.
- Payment or billing partners (where you purchase paid access) to confirm payment and activate entitlements.
- Professional advisers and authorities when required by law or to protect our legal rights.
We do not sell your personal information. Market data displayed in the product is sourced from exchange and similar public feeds; those sources remain subject to their own terms and policies.
7. Retention
We retain account and profile information for as long as your account remains active and for a reasonable period thereafter as needed for security, dispute resolution, legal compliance, and backup integrity. Session cookies expire according to their configured lifetime. You may request deletion of your account data subject to legal retention obligations (see Section 9).
8. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the nature of a SaaS dashboard (including encrypted transport where supported and access controls on production systems). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; you are responsible for keeping your password and device access confidential.
9. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable Indian law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, or ask questions about our processing, by emailing contact@twiq.pro. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. Some data may be retained where required for legal, security, or billing records.
To delete your twiQ.pro account and associated data, follow the steps on our Delete account page.
You may also update certain profile details within the portal where that functionality is available, and you may stop using the service at any time.
10. Children’s privacy
twiQ is intended for users who can lawfully enter into a contract and engage with market information under applicable Indian law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
11. International processing
Our infrastructure and processors may store or process data in India and/or other jurisdictions where our service providers operate. By using twiQ, you acknowledge that your information may be transferred to and processed in those locations, subject to appropriate safeguards offered by those providers.
12. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of twiQ after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy where permitted by law.
