Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of twiQ at twiq.pro and related services. By creating an account, accessing the portal, or using any part of the service, you agree to these Terms.
Last updated: 22 July 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use twiQ. If you use twiQ on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
Related documents form part of your agreement with us: our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Disclaimer & Risk Disclosure. In particular, our Refund Policy states that once payment is successfully completed and access is activated, fees are non-refundable, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
2. About the service
twiQ provides analytics, visualisation, and education-style desk tools that help retail traders interpret market structure — including futures and options (F&O) context — by aggregating information that is generally available from official exchange and similar public market data sources (including NSE/BSE and comparable feeds) into a single dashboard.
twiQ is not a stock broker, trading member, exchange, clearing corporation, depository, or SEBI-registered investment adviser or research analyst recommendation service. We do not execute trades, hold client funds or securities, or manage portfolios.
3. No investment or trading advice (critical)
twiQ does not provide investment advice, portfolio management, or buy/sell/hold recommendations. Charts, open-interest views, pressure metrics, summaries, alerts, educational copy, and any output from the Bee AI assistant are informational tools only. They are not solicitations to trade and are not tailored investment recommendations under Indian securities law.
You alone decide whether and how to trade. Past market conditions do not guarantee future results. Derivatives trading involves substantial risk of loss and may not be suitable for all persons. See our Disclaimer & Risk Disclosure.
4. Data sources and accuracy
Dashboard content is derived from publicly available market information and third-party feeds. While we aim for timely and useful presentation, we do not warrant that data is complete, continuous, error-free, or identical to every official exchange display at every moment. Delays, outages, and discrepancies can occur. Always verify critical information with official exchange sources or your broker before acting.
5. Bee AI assistant
Bee reads from information already available in your dashboard context to help you navigate and understand what is displayed. Bee:
- Must not be used as a source of buy, sell, or trade recommendations.
- May produce incomplete, outdated, or incorrect explanations.
- Does not replace your own analysis, professional advice, or official market data.
You agree not to rely on Bee for investment decisions and not to prompt or use Bee in a manner intended to obtain personalised trading recommendations as a substitute for regulated advice.
6. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws of India to use twiQ. You agree to provide accurate registration information (including email and, where requested, phone number and name) and to keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts that appear fraudulent, abusive, or in breach of these Terms.
7. Licence to use the service
Subject to these Terms and any applicable paid-access rules, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use twiQ for your personal, non-commercial market study and decision-support visualisation. You may not:
- Copy, scrape, resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit twiQ content or feeds at scale without our prior written consent.
- Reverse engineer, disrupt, or attempt unauthorised access to our systems.
- Misrepresent twiQ outputs as SEBI-registered advice, research reports, or broker recommendations.
- Use the service for unlawful purposes or in violation of exchange or broker rules applicable to you.
8. Paid access and subscriptions
Certain portal features may require paid activation or a plan. Pricing, duration, and included features will be presented at the time of purchase. By completing payment, you authorise the charge and acknowledge our Refund Policy: successful payments are non-refundable once access is activated, except where mandatory applicable law requires a refund.
We may change pricing or plan features prospectively. Failure to pay may result in suspension or limitation of paid features.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Interfere with other users or the integrity of the platform.
- Upload malware or attempt to probe/scan our infrastructure without authorisation.
- Use automated means to overload or extract data beyond normal interactive use.
- Harass support staff or misuse contact channels.
10. Intellectual property
twiQ branding, software, UI, and original content are owned by us or our licensors. Exchange names, indices, and market data remain the property of their respective owners. No rights are granted except the limited licence in Section 7.
11. Third-party services
Authentication, hosting, payments, and market data may involve third-party providers. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their processing. We are not responsible for third-party outages or policies outside our reasonable control.
12. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, twiQ and its operators, officers, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or trading losses, arising from your use of or inability to use the service — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for paid access in the three (3) months preceding the claim, or one thousand Indian Rupees (₹1,000), whichever is greater — except where liability cannot be limited under mandatory Indian law.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless twiQ and its operators from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
15. Termination
You may stop using twiQ at any time. We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service. Provisions that by nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitations, indemnity, and governing law) will survive termination.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer protections, courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the service, without prejudice to any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law.
17. Changes
We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version on twiq.pro. Material changes take effect when posted or on a later date stated in the notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
