Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains our rules for payments made for twiQ paid portal access. Please read it carefully before you purchase.
Last updated: 22 July 2026
1. Core rule — no refunds
Once your payment is successfully completed and paid portal access is activated, all fees are final and non-refundable.
By proceeding with a purchase, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:
- You have had a reasonable opportunity to review twiQ’s product description, Terms, Disclaimer, and this Refund Policy.
- You understand that twiQ is a digital SaaS / dashboard product (analytics and visualisation tools), not a physical good.
- You understand that successful payment triggers activation of digital access, after which no refund will be issued.
- You are not purchasing investment advice, trade execution, brokerage, or guaranteed trading outcomes.
2. What “successful payment / activation” means
For purposes of this Policy, payment is considered successful and access activated when our systems (or our payment partner’s confirmation) record a completed charge and your account’s portal entitlement is set to an active/paid state, whichever occurs upon successful checkout. Chargebacks initiated after activation do not create a right to continued access and may result in suspension of your account.
3. No refunds for change of mind or unused time
Without limitation, we do not refund for:
- Change of mind, unused access days, or partial use of a plan period.
- Dissatisfaction with market outcomes, trading results, or personal performance.
- Mistaken belief that twiQ provides buy/sell signals or investment advice.
- Temporary service interruptions, data delays, or feature changes within the scope of an “as available” digital service.
- Failure to cancel before a renewal, where renewals apply and notice was reasonably available in-product or by email.
- Duplicate accounts created by the user in error (we may help merge or clarify access, but payment remains non-refundable).
4. Mandatory legal exceptions
Nothing in this Policy excludes refunds or remedies that cannot be waived under mandatory applicable Indian law. If such a mandatory right applies to your situation, contact us with supporting details and we will review in good faith solely to the extent the law requires.
This clause does not create a voluntary goodwill refund programme and does not promise refunds beyond what the law mandatorily requires.
5. Billing issues (not refund requests)
If you believe you were charged incorrectly (for example, a confirmed double charge for the same entitlement), contact support@twiq.pro promptly with your registered email, approximate payment time, and any payment reference. We will investigate billing errors. Correcting a genuine duplicate charge is not a “refund of activated access”; it is remediation of an erroneous payment event.
Contacting us about billing does not entitle you to a refund of a valid, successful purchase after activation.
6. Product nature reminder
twiQ aggregates publicly available market-structure information into a dashboard and related tools. We do not provide investment advice or trade recommendations. Paying for access does not purchase trading profits, signals, or advisory services. See our Terms & Conditions and Disclaimer & Risk Disclosure.
7. How to contact us
Billing and policy questions: support@twiq.pro. Please allow reasonable time for a response. Emailing support does not pause or reverse a completed payment.
8. Changes
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version posted on this page with the latest “Last updated” date applies to purchases made after that date. Prior purchases remain subject to the policy in effect at the time of purchase, except where a later change is required by law.
